The Room Just Went Global — Startup Synerz Global Pvt Ltd

"I did not plan to go global. I planned to build one room — a room where every founder felt they belonged. And then I realised — that room was needed in every city in the world."

Something significant happened this week. Not just for me. Not just for the Elfinity Universe. For every founder in India — and eventually every founder in the world — who has ever walked into a room and wondered if they truly belonged there. This edition is that announcement.

The Journey That Led Here

I want to take you back before the announcement. Because the announcement means nothing without the journey that made it possible.

In 2018 — I walked out of my last B Tech examination with no money, no support, no network and no blueprint. I became the first businessperson in my entire family. Not because I had a strategy. Because I had a vow.

Three generations must be set while I am alive.

"I lived in a hall with 40 people in Maharashtra. The food was bad rice with water, salt and chili. There were no proper clothes, no proper sleep, no certainty about tomorrow. But every single morning — I got up. Not because I was fearless. Because the vision was bigger than the discomfort. That is where Startup Synerz was born — not in a boardroom, not in a coworking space, not at a networking event. In a hall with 40 people who believed in something they could not yet fully explain."

What followed were years of building and rebuilding. Six betrayals. Multiple restarts. Financial losses that would have broken most people. Moments where the sensible choice would have been to stop.

I did not stop.

Not because I was stubborn. Because I had seen too many founders — brilliant, passionate, capable founders — fail not from bad ideas but from building alone. Without the right room. Without the right people. Without an ecosystem that truly understood what they were carrying.

That gap — between what founders needed and what existed — was the only reason I needed to keep building.

Official Announcement · May 13, 2026

Startup Synerz Global Pvt Ltd

Name approved. Registration underway. The world just got a new address.

Bengaluru, India  ·  Going Global

On Wednesday, May 13, 2026 — the name Startup Synerz Global Pvt Ltd was officially approved.

The registration is underway and will be complete within the next 10 days.

But this is not just a legal milestone. This is the moment when a vision that started in a hall in Maharashtra — that survived six betrayals, multiple restarts and years of financial pressure — officially became a global entity.

The Vision — In Our Own Words

"We are building the room that every founder in the world deserves to be in — and we are taking it to every city, one founder at a time."

Every word of that sentence is intentional.

The room — because that is what Startup Synerz has always been about. Not just events. Not just networking. A room where serious founders sit together, speak honestly and build something real with each other.

Every founder in the world — because the loneliness of building does not belong to India alone. It belongs to every founder in every city in every country who has ever felt unseen, unsupported or alone in their journey.

Every city — because the ecosystem cannot be centralised. Founders in Hyderabad deserve the same room as founders in Bengaluru. Founders in Dubai deserve the same room as founders in London. Founders in Singapore deserve the same room as founders anywhere.

One founder at a time — because this is not a mass movement. It is a human one. Built founder by founder, city by city, room by room.

What Going Global Actually Means

The Global Vision — Concretely

This is not a press release. This is a roadmap. 2026 — Bengaluru and Hyderabad fully operational. Startup Synerz Global Pvt Ltd registered and active. The Founder Within book launched. Elfinity Foundry running at The Altruist, Whitefield. 2027-2028 — 10+ Indian cities. Mumbai, Chennai, Pune, Delhi, Kochi, Ahmedabad. The Founders Room model replicated across every major startup hub in India. 2029-2030 — Global expansion. Singapore. Dubai. London. The Startup Synerz Global model — proven in India — taken to the world. 2035 and beyond — 150 countries. 1,000 cities. A globally trusted founder infrastructure where every serious founder — regardless of background, village or starting point — belongs.

What This Means For Every Founder Reading This

If you have been part of this journey — as a subscriber, an event attendee, a member of Startup Synerz or simply someone who has read this newsletter — I want you to understand something clearly.

You are not just witnessing a company announcement.

You are part of the founding story of something that will outlast all of us.

Every founder who attended a Founders Room — you helped prove the model that is now going global.

Every founder who read this newsletter — you are part of the community that made this ecosystem real.

Every founder who joined Bengaluru or Hyderabad Startups Club — you are the proof that founders everywhere need and deserve this room.

Every founder's parent who supported their child through the uncertainty — the Founders Family Meetup is coming — and it was built for you.

"The room started in Bengaluru. It is going to the world. And it was built for every founder who ever wondered if they belonged."

I started this journey as the first businessperson in my family — with no money, no network and no blueprint. I am continuing it as the founder of a globally registered company — with a team, a vision and a mission that has survived every test life put in front of it. The journey from Gundi Settipalli to a global company registration did not happen because of perfect conditions. It happened because the vision was always bigger than the obstacles. And the vision is just getting started.

"The strongest startup you will ever build is yourself." — Dr. Ajay Reddy Zane
